Very very noisy in the drum

This claims to reduce drying time but I have found it pretty useless. The only thing does is make a noise!I did not find it reduced drying time or improved drying at all. Waste of money.

Love this as it replaces the previous ones I had which were multiple spiky plastic balls which I felt were annoying and overly hard on my clothes, but this one is gentle and round and only needs one ball to work it’s magic, so that’s a win for me as it’s so much easier than looking for a million little plastic spiked balls in your towels every wash. Some said it’s noisy and it can be a bit, but they all can be noisy. At least this one isn’t going to harm your clothes like the old style, and it looks pretty cool too.

Works wrll, but makes a really loud noise whilst the drum turns.

Not sure what the hype is with this product have not noticed any difference on time it takes to dry my washing ,it has also lost all the coating . Not for me .
