cost of ball = finite; filling it up with air = priceless
I don't know about exercise usefulness or benefits, but this ball is very useful as a family team building exercise. it will take effort from all family members for an hour to fill it up with air; the pump provided is so flimsy I was wondering if it will last till we fill it up - thankfully it did! I am not sure the flimsy pump will be functional for the next use. the ball itself is good.Non intuitive air filling. no instructions provided. we had to lookup some YouTube video to get it done.

Sad little pump, ball is fine though.
The pump mechanism is abysmal. It wouldn't inflate a balloon if it came down to that, let alone the exercise ball.The ball, though misshapen, is pretty good. Love the colour, and it is sturdy, doesn't slip. I inflated it with another pump I had lying around.
