I bought these for my son and he claims he now has super hearing... That's a win in my book.Other notes:He says they're very comfy, adjustable, and he likes that they're wireless so he can get snacks while gaming without having to put his headset down. He said the mic quality is good and he can hear 360 degrees around him on his games. He thinks I spent hundreds of dollars... heh.I like these too because I no longer have to listen to his friends screaming from the computer! Another win!

These headsets worked great to keep the noise down. In the house due to multiple children on devices.The only recommendation I would make is that children's headsets should have limited volumes or the parent can control. At times my grandsons turn the volume extremely high which is bad for their hearing!

These were refurbished and they broke quickly and right after return window. Like the whole ear piece came off the head set.

Pros: Mic audio is really good based on my friends feedback on discord, very comfortable, can be wireless or wired, foldable mute mic, looks compact and nicecons: very trash wireless distance. I purchased an $18 amazon wireless headset and it beat this turtle beach headset on distance and battery life. I always have to keep this charged and i can barely leave my room to go to the kitchen without it disconnecting. Disappointed for the brand name and price you pay for. No wear and tear yet after 1 year of use. Occasionally, i have to unplug and plug the dongle back into the usb plug in because it wont detect it. GG.

The microphone has snapped on two pairs of these from normal use. I'm an adult who takes care of my things and the quality on that part sucks. Sometimes there's a crackling sound that happens with or without sound coming through. I've owned a variety of headsets, and really wanted to like these but I'm done giving Turtle Beach chances. Huge disappointment.
