I was looking for a cheaper dupe of Tatcha's "The Essence", because I couldn't justify paying so much for it anymore. I saw this on Reddit, and decided to try it, and I'm so glad I did! I feel that it does more for my skin, not just my face, but my hands, too.I have very dry, "mature" skin. (Oh who am I kidding, I'm 61.) This leaves my skin soft, smooth, and seems to make it plumper. I love it.

I’ve been using this product since last year October 2018, so well over a year. This product has been the main product in my makeup routine that has been consistent with my skin. Been using this for years now, after I got annoyed with the fr_sh company (when it was acquired by a conglomerate). This product is not only as good, I think it's better. It's an essential part of my skincare, and I cannot emphasize what a difference it makes in hydration. Plus, it has purer ingredients than the name brand (which, BTW, I had used since it was first available). Highly encourage you to try this, if you're on the fence.And, this is coming from a true skin-care maven!! Ha ha!

Bought it because I saw it has niacinamide, which is a known active ingredient. I have used it for about a month.I have oily skin, and I do think this product helps to reduce sebum production and makes my face less oily. For example, before using this product, my face would be so oily way before noon/lunch. But now, my face seems to be ok till 3-4pm.But I have to use a sunscreen or a moisturizer afterwards, or my skin will feel a bit dry in the next a couple of hours.I’m not sure about other functions that this product claims to have. But I would consider buying this again.

Ran out of SK ii so got this to try. It works similar or better than SKii. No scent, super hydrating.Makes your skin feels soft and supple like baby skin. Use on face, neck and hands. My skin looks brighter and bouncier. Only half way thru the first bottle. Love it and it’s on my subscription order.

I bought this on a whim after seeing that it was a dupe for sk-ii. I've had really nice results from using fermented ingredients in the past and I love niacinamide so I thought I'd give this a try. It did not disappoint. I layer it with hylaronic acid since HA doesn't ever seem to do anything to my skin on its own, my skin is smoother, more glowy, and looks healthier than it did before, it really seems to have improved the barrier of my skin.

I just bought my second bottle of this essence. It goes on like water, but I can feel it soaking into my skin. I have aging skin but I still break out. Not only have my breakouts been greatly reduced, I am finding that my overall skin tone looks better. I use the essence on my face and neck/upper chest twice a day, together with Purito's Centella serum and the Centella green recovery cream. All three products are EWG verified and are extremely chemically clean. I have more than halved the cost of my skin care regime by buying Purito's products. I was paying well over $40 for just a moisturizer that was the same size as the Centella recovery cream at $16.28! If you are in to clean products that don't harm you, this is a great line to try.
