I'm not sure if it really has helped in hair growth, but it is certainly very soothing to use and massage into the scalp prior to hair washing . It smells lovely and leaves my hair feeling well conditioned. It is enjoyable to use.

This serum comes packaged in a lovely glass bottle and looks incredibly authentic, yet modern. As someone who grew up using amla and neem oil, I love that The Living Co is fully immersed in traditional methods of hair care.The scent is subtle, not overpowering at all, and the oil sits well in my hair. I leave it overnight and wash the next day, and the results are very soft and silky hair. I have fine hair so I'm always looking for natural products which will enhance the natural look and feel of my hair. This adds a lovely texture and I would definitely be keen to invest in more of these if they catered to curly/wavy hair.The oil washes out easily and doesn't weight it down at all. The pipette allows for easy application and I would definitely follow the instructions on how to apply this as scalp stimulation is key for hair growth. While I wouldn't use this every night, as recommended, I do use this before a wash, which works out to about 2/3 times a week.Overall, happy with the product and the personal story of the company. Always happy to get behind an independent company!

As a female over 50 who has hair that is changing to what I can only describe as a brillo pad, I was more than happy to try out a product that could help this problem.I have been using this product for over a week. I apply it around 6pm to give it time to soak in (so I don't wake up with hair that looks like I am trying out for the local punk band).At first I thought it was a bit of a faff, but then I started to notice my hair did look and feel different. There was the incentive to keep going.I do have thick hair and it usually sheds all the time, this does appear reduced.The main thing I am happy with is that my coarse hair no longer feels like a brillo pad and it generally looks very healthy. 😀I only wish the bottle size was larger, I think I will be lucky to get a month out of it.

I used the Shikakai + Bhringraj Serum last night for the first time. I use hair serum and tonic after every wash and am careful about the products I use on my mature hair. The bottle is pretty generous, and there is a pipette helping to disperse the Serum on the scalp. I sectioned my hair in five and applied five drops of Serum per section, a total of 25 drops. I massaged my head with a scalp massager to ensure complete absorption and effects. I did not experience any greasy residue or weighting down of my hair.I never came across the Shikakai and Bhringraj ingredients, but after researching them, I discovered that both are incredible for hair growth and health. Therefore, I am hoping to get good results naturally. Nevertheless, you must maintain a routine for spectacular results.

I was disappointed in this hair growth serum because it did not contain the same ingredients as were listed on the Amazon site. There were additional chemicals high up on the ingredients list which you should check out and there was no UK contact to ask about this. For my own safety I will not be using this.

I have been trying this serum for a few days now and, whilst it is too soon to say about hair growth, it is a nice product. It comes with a dropper and is quite runny. It is easy to massage into the scalp and doesn’t feel greasy. I have been using it twice a day as recommended and I have noticed a shine to my hair and it looks healthier. I suffer from an itchy scalp and that has calmed down too so I am really happy with it. Now just need to wait to see if my hair grows quicker!
