Excellent phone at a reasonable price
This is probably the second or third time I have ordered a phone from Amazon and I have had perfect success to this point. I bought a couple of iPhones previously for my kids too. Anyway, shipping and delivery was outstanding, and I paid $500 for it which is reasonable for this phone. I like the fact that Motorola has two models of flip phones, so I had a choice to get the less premium option to keep the cost in check. Now for the phone.. I came from the Motorola edge plus 2023, which is a premium flagship to this phone. I can slightly detect some differences in processing but it's negligible. For $500 this phone is a big win for me. I much prefer the ergonomics of this phone over my old full size models over the past ten years or more, and I don't think I'll ever go back. I always got full screen models too, so being able to have a 6.7" screen that folds in half before disappearing into the pocket is pure magic. The only thing that may be a drawback is battery life. It's obviously not as long as my edge plus, but I adapted to it in a day or two, and it's really not that significant of a difference TBH. If I lost this phone right now I'd buy another one just like it. For sure. And I have rarely ever felt like that about others I've had. This is a good phone, but it glitches at times with odd stuff, like screen size on YouTube and weird stuff like that it apparently has trouble identifying or something. But I haven't had anything that even needed to reset it or something like that. Just know it is one of the acceptable issues. Heck, my edge plus had them too... Just random stuff like that every once in awhile. I think that covers the positives and negatives. I did have a chance to compare it to the premium Motorola razr and the Samsung flip phones, and I settled on the Motorola's easily. The Samsung, while cool and pretty smooth, don't seem as solid and attractive as the Razr's. I opted for the lower tier phone because I didn't think I would benefit from the big outside screen, as I thought I would just open it up anyway, and I was correct. I actually do use the outer screen on this phone though. Usually the timer and the time display. Too early to say for sure, but this seems like the best phone I've had since the LG V10 I had around 10 years ago, when they had a replacement battery option and I got a 10000 mah external battery case from Zero lemon. That was the shizznipplzes I tell you!! Seems like a novel phone in my eyes and has changed my phone handling ways for the better.

GREAT PHONE, VERSATILE, GREAT VALUE
I am not a phone geek. Use my phone primarily for staying in touch on line, social media and phone calls. Not a content creator, photographer or heavy user, though the phone is on sometimes 15 hours a day. Great battery, easy to use, dependable, never had an issue (going on one year of ownership). Great value. Love how simple it is to sue - and love how light it is. Folded in half, it goes just about anywhere. All in all, this is a winner.

Battery issue (edited aug.12 second edit Feb.3)
shuts down even when it's on 24%. Only turns on when it's plugged up. I bought the product twice because i thought it was a one time occurrence and the second one has the same issues. I called Motorola and the only option they gave me was a refund that was the 1st round, 2nd round I just went and decided to go ahead and place another order on the same thing since i like the design and features (also hoping its just a one off experience) i opened the box had it on for a while thinking everything was fine and it powered off at 24%.I'm not sure if it's transit problem or the product itself, but it's insane that it happened twice. Now here I am stressed and without a phone for work. Aug.12:Fixed it. (Thanks YouTube) Decided to try to fix the problem since I had to wait for a postal carrier to pick it up. Seen a couple YouTube vids and save you the trouble of research I had to let it die then charge it multiple rounds till it finally hit 100% and let it drain naturally. You'll have to restart the whole process over if it dies again with no warning. Its a hassle but it works and haven't faced anymore problems after. I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to go through the effort Feb.3 ish picked it up one night no drops any thing the crease was prominent but wasn't distracting opened it dead pixel closed it opened later top half of the screen messed up doesn't react to touch if you did decide to get the phone get insurance they're giving me a gift card for the full price I paid for the phone at that time but I had fun with the phone looking forward to the upgrade.

Overall, its a great phone for the price and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.
I've had this phone for 2 years and its basically everything I'd want from a phone of this price. It's fast performing, durable, good audio and screen. The fold functionality works great and doesn't impact the screen. The camera quality is lacking, but not severely and I'm fine with that given the price. The external display is a little bit buggy, often times failing to read gestures or reading them incorrectly, but it works well enough. Motorola's OS also has some room for improvement. Battery life is fine and can be improved by limiting the external display if needed. I decided to try this cheaper Motorola phone after having dealt with overpriced Samsung phones that felt apart and LG phones that suffered from planned obsolescence. Overall, its a great phone for the price and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.
