This is a really GREAT! product. Do not let other reviews about leaking dissuade you (that is an easy issue to deal with just by using the included washer set).Was looking for the Moen Oil-Rubbed bronze to convert our Moen shower to one with a hose. Got really turned off my all the Moen (and others) complaints about the plastic cradle that you set/store the head in when using it in non-hose mode. Other complain about various unit's plastic hoses. This one has a metal, stretchable hose. The cradle is heavy metal and holds the head firmly. The shower patterns are very good. The color Mediterranean Bronze looks like a perfect match to Moen's Oil Rubbed Bronze which is what my faucets are.Two issues worth discussing:A) Water Pressure/Force and the need or not need to remove the restrictor. I have good pressure and decided to leave the restrictor in at first and give it a try. Good decision, the pressure is perfect and the shower feels even stronger than the fix mount Moen I replaced. If you want to remove the restrictor though. It's a simple process and you have all you need with the kit that you get.B) Leaky Connections. I was careful to clean the threads, neatly apply the thread tape (included in the kit) and when I turned on the water to test it was leaking at the junction where the hose attaches to the wall elbow. So I followed the instructions and removed the hose connection to inspect the washers. I removed the washers that were pre-installed and instead used one of the spares that come shipped with the unit. The must be slightly bigger because when I put it all back together no leaks. It's been about a month now and still no leaks and we love the shower.

WOW... I shouldn't have listened to the reviews. Absolutely horrible! I thought we'd try this to replace a Moen shower head that had a hose that sprung a leak. What a waste of time. It leaks at the joint... not amount of Teflon tape or rubber washers could fix this. Awful. Probably one of the worst things I've purchased in my twenty years on Amazon.Looks like I'm going back to Moen?

I spent ALOT of time researching looking for a product with solid metal bracket, a good quality LONG hose AND 2.5 GPM that didn't break the bank and this not only fits the bill but is by far the best I have found. Hose is long and very flexible. Adjustable bracket is solid metal, which means it won't crack in a couple years and start spewing water up to the ceiling. Whether you have low water pressure or are simply want a durable quality handheld shower head, this one can't be beat. I bought one and loved it so much I bought one for a client whose shower head had busted and they were very impressed. I have spent more money on more well known brand products that did not perform as well as this one. I definitely got my money's worth on this one. Super easy to install as well. Took less than 10 minutes from opening the box to completion. I applied the Teflon tape ( 4-6 times around the threads counter clockwise- NO leaks or drips!!! I took the water saver out of the one I bought for my client because they have low water pressure but left it in mine because it blasted me out of the shower! Definitely recommend!!!* Note * I have not been paid or compensated in any way for this review. Just my 100% honest opinion.

I wish I head read some more of the reviews. I was dismayed to find opening the package to discover that the shower head is actually made of plastic. Back in the box it goes and back to Amazon for a refund. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and the fact that the product description does not disclose that this is made of plastic.

I love a detachable shower head. This one is perfect. It feels like it is made of good quality. There are two features that make this shower head better than ones I have purchased in the past. One, the cord hangs straight and is nice and long. Every detachable head I have had in the past, the cord is stiff and never lays flat. This one has a slinky type feel to it that helps it stretch, twist, and lay flat. Two, the power to this shower head is amazing! We just moved to a new town and the water pressure isn’t the best. My husband did take the flow restrictor off but it is so strong, we are actually thinking of trying it with it on. I purchased a caddy that allows the cord to hang down as well (they just make everything these days!). My husband put it up very quickly and easily. One happy shower taker right here! Haha!

I have never heard a shower head squeal like this one does! You can hear it two rooms away! We have high water pressure so I took out the regulator thinking it would help with the sound and that just makes it leak everywhere. In addition to THAT, this thing is plastic so I can’t see it lasting. We are super disappointed and it will be returned as soon as it drys out enough to drop it back in the mail.*Updated - The company contacted us after we left our review and offered to send a replacement regulator that was redesigned, and a new hose to address the leak. The new regulator drastically reduced the squeal nut the water pressure is so throttled back it is like hotel shower. At this point we just moved it to a spare bathroom and called it a day. Not worth the cost but not worth the hassle to return it either. Still looking for a suitable replacement for our master bath.

The showerhead looks nice, but it has a cheap feel to it. The moment I installed it, I turned the water on and it was SO loud. The water coming through the showerhead can be heard downstairs with both the bathroom and bedroom doors shut. It also sprays everywhere - we have to hide behind the shower curtain to stay dry as we wash our kids. We usually end up with a puddle on the floor because it doesn't direct the spray straight. Finally, my wife hates it because the holder limits the range that it can be moved, so my wife cannot direct the sprayer down - it sprays in more of a 45 degree angle. So now, it looks like we're back in the market for another showerhead...
