Individually and as an aggregate, the included constituents provide an impressive array of what are commonly believed to be nutrient rich and naturally preventative medicinal benefits; that, at the very least, creates the inspiration to ingest it. The reader can peruse for themselves the extensive list of ingredients that are displayed in a picture on the point of purchase page. Other ingredients include apple cider vinegar, pullulan, both organic, and probiotics that aid in digestion and intestinal flora. All good stuff for the health minded.On the side of the bottle is printed the two farms from where the plants used to source these ingredients are located, both in the USA. I’m always interested in supporting small businesses, so I explored the Ancient Nutrition’s website. As it turns out, I’ve been following one of the company's founders, Dr. Axe, on YouTube for quite some time, for health and nutritional insights. The company’s philosophy and mission statement are assertions of sustainability, regenerative agriculture, climate health and the like; all attributes that I look to support when patronizing a business.Discerning the subtle effects of a nutritional supplement is often imaginary guess work at best, because often the benefits are realized at the cellular and skeletal level or as organ support. Or as an increase in life span or performance. Be that as it may, it becomes incumbent on the consumer to do the research necessary for a clear understanding of how a particular ingredient or combination of constituents may serve the medicinal, therapeutic or nutritional needs desired.
