If I could have given this product no stars I would have. Today was day 2. The first day caused diarrhea the second day vomiting. I don't care how much weight you think you need to lose I would never recommend this product to anyone. Tossed it in the garbage.

Great fat burner! I hit the gym every other day and had a problem with getting rid of the thin layer of fat I had. Definitely recommend!

I choose my supplements judging by their ingredients. 24bios uses Green Coffee Bean Extract as well as Garcinia Camboiga in high concentrations in each pill, which is what I was looking for. I hope to be satisfied with the results.
