The media could not be loaded. There are quite a few big scratches on the top of wheel side of the trolley bag. Delivery process is not good I want to change them. Want to replace that.

Packaging has no shock absorbing material. It got dented in transit.Product itself is lightweight and colour is good but build quality is just average like any other brands. Nothing unique as they claim in Shark Tank.
