I bought this set for me, the 10" bullnose , and another bullnose for my BIL- OMG are these knives FANTASTIC! I absolutely LOVE them! Sharp, beautiful, precise- better than I hoped for! My BIL loved his- arrived just before Thanksgiving luckily for his family- they had a house fire earlier in the year and lost so much- this was perfect for carving their turkey. I am sold! I bought the magnetic holder for the fridge for these beauties and I really want to get the whole butcher block line up and replace my Henckels- yes, that's how much I love them so far! Talk about a great gift, too- they come packaged beautifully to boot! If you are looking and wondering--- just get them!

As always Cutluxe blades are worth every penny. Best grip of any knife and that includes my Wusthof Ikon's. Easy to keep sharp, hard enough to hold an edge, but have never chipped. Even comes in a durable protective box. Gift giving quality knifes.

This is an excellent knife set. It comes well packaged, they look elegant, and each knife feels natural in my hands. The knives are very sharp and they seem to hold an edge well. I’ve been slicing a brisket nice and thin to make beef jerky and I haven’t needed to sharpen the knife once. I also used it to fillet a fish and make sushi. I especially like the 10 inch curved knife. If you are slicing larger pieces of meat, I definitely recommend this set. Cutting up brisket into manageable portions was very difficult before, and I couldn’t get clean cuts with my smaller knives. Now all of my cuts are simple and clean.

Three piece knife set, look great, very heavy & large, three sizes 6 in, 10 in & 12 in. I don’t know if they are dishwasher safe. Easy to hold and use. Durable and extremely sharp.

Cuts well

I've been using these for ~7 months. The edges are extremely sharp, and they have held up well to fairly consistent use. The boning knife is excellent on beef, slides around and under silver skin on raw tri tip like butter and is also pretty good for breaking down poultry. The carving knife I use less frequently but it'll cut through large steaks and tri tips easily. The knives look cool and have solid design. My one nitpick would be the boning knife feels almost too light, and the carving knife is long and front-heavy, so you have to be extremely careful with how you handle them; I don't think that's worth docking a star for, though. Be sure to wash quickly after use as I have (by my own fault) left them dirty overnight before, and there were small tarnish spots after I subsequently cleaned them.

This 5 set piece is well made with an excellent array of sizes as well as a sharpener. The set comes in a nice case offering good blade protection and a nice sleek look. The knives are comfortable to hold and easy to grip.
