I have used several brands of ginkgo and most don't seem to improve my mental sharpness. This brand has and still does work. I personally won't try another brand. Ginkgo is a great go to and if you haven't tried it try it. It will take 2 weeks to notice a difference but there is a difference in your memory and recall. It's interesting because sometimes I'll be traveling and get out of the habit of taking every day and after about 2 weeks i notice i'm not as sharp. Then i realize that I haven't been taking it and start again!! For the price try it and see if there is a difference.
