Very pleased with this product , bought to replace a gas coal effect fire following the installation of a combi boiler instead of the old back boiler. Log fire very convincing and can be used without heat . Fan not annoying and on the few times I expect to use the heating , gives plenty of heat quickly . Solidly built , can be used straight out the box and everything worked om plugging in , A real bargain at this price

The stove meets with all the specifications described. However I am somewhat disappointed that the burning log effect emits light not only from the front but also from the back so one gets a pattern of light coming out to the sides and displayed on the wall it’s placed against. I queried with the supplier if mine was faulty as this sparkly array surrounding the stove detracts from what should be a burning log effect. The response was no it is not a fault and to try placing the stove closer to the wall. In my case this is not possible as the stove is already as against a skirting board and it is the 1-2 cm that this light is escaping from. I was also somewhat bemused by the response as the safety instructions clearly state that the appliance should not be blocked in whilst in use.

Oh wow I love this little heater. I compared a few & read the reviews before committing on which one. It's wood so feels solid. It looks beautiful & heats the room quickly. The noise isn't particularly loud when running & the glowing logs are realistic & enchanting. I bought to go in my summerhouse & it does the job perfectly whilst also looking fab.

Not a bad little fire for the money. My only criticism is that if you turn on the heater the cold fan remains on permanently after the thermostat cuts out and turns the heater off, rather than just stopping altogether. Other than that the fire effect is very realistic and it warms the room well.

Lovely little heater ~ does the job of heating our conservatory. Purchased when our old heater packed up just before Christmas. Delivered swiftly. More a 'stone' colour that we are pleased with as we anticipated it may be too 'cream'. We added the pebbles from our old heater to on top of the log effect as we like them ~ looks great. Would be great if also available in a larger size!

I love this fire it is so pretty and it gets compliments from everybody who comes in. It also gives off alot more heat than my main fire in my lounge. The heat spreads better too - warms up more than just the room it's in! I only wish my main fire was as good as this one. I will save a lot of money on gas throughout the winter I'm sure. Couldn't recommend it more. If you're in two minds go for it.

Unfortunately when the heat cuts out, the whole thing shuts down, including the light and fake flames! Unless my model is faulty.... unfortunately only found this out on a Saturday night and no customer service on a Sunday or Monday, so have to make do with cold-looking little stove in my summerhouse on a chilly evening 🙁

Bought for conservatory, only had it for 2 days but so far delighted with it, it's good that you can control the brightness of flame effect, I know some reviews mentioned that you got back light from it but on lowest setting you can hardly see any backlight, I like the thermostatic control too, it's kept my conservatory at a good temperature tonight, like the build quality, would recommend it for any room in the house.
