Gives safe, rigid access to a roof
I needed to replace the ridge tiles on my roof. Bolting these roof hooks on one of my ladders gave a very stable access. Not a hint of a slip. They are durable and will outlast me!

It works.
It does what it says, I used it to replace all the ridge tiles on a 2 storey garage. If you are using it on a slate or cement flat tile roof I would fix a wooden plank across the 2 rubber hook ends to spread the point load of the rubber stoppers, the point loading of the hook end was enough to break several slate tiles, which I then had to replace after modifying the attatchment.

It arrived in a oversized box ..The bag with the fitting in had a hole in it.Half of the fitting were missing.Other than that happy with the product it did everything it is designed to do.😊👍

Just the job!
Attached to our aluminium ladders to make DIY roof repairs possible. Can be a bit fiddly as multiple bolts and fixings but the result felt very secure.

Good product let down by quality control
good product and fits to exsisting ladder securely. Would have given it a higher rating if it had been supplied with enough fittings. The pack was short of bolts and the metal strips to attach to the rungs. I had to make some myself to get the job done. Also the instructions are very poor.

Fixations inadaptées
Les pattes de liaisons ont des trous qui ne correspondent pas du tout aux brides filetées. Et si les brides sont pliées pour permettre d'enfiler les pattes, vous ne pouvez plus faire coulisser les pattes suffisamment pour effectuer le serrage sur un barreau d'échelle. Les accessoires de fixations sont inadaptés et empêche donc de pouvoir utiliser les crochets... Article à éviter

Ich habe die Firsthaken für die Dachreinigung erworben und sie nun drei Tage lang im Einsatz gewesen. Bisher zeigen die Haken keinerlei Ermüdungserscheinungen und scheinen von guter Qualität zu sein.Die Haken bleiben dauerhaft an der Leiter befestigt, da das ständige Montieren und Demontieren zu umständlich wäre. Aufgrund des robusten Materials erwarte ich keine Probleme durch Witterungseinflüsse. Sollte es doch zu Problemen kommen, werde ich meine Bewertung in einem Jahr aktualisieren.
