I ordered and completed my test in August. The process itself was relatively straightforward. However, i am still yet to receive any kind of results or even status updates on my app. I would normally assume i was simply unlucky and maybe it had been lost in the post. However, other reviews suggest this may be the SOP of the provider and i would suggest spending your money on something more reliable or at least speedy.

I have wanted to do a test like this for ages and overall I was really impressed. The order came next day and was really simple to do. The instructions were really clear and easy to follow. It has a free post envelope to send it off and then I received an email when they received it / their lab received it telling me how many days it would take so I knew they had received it and were working on it. The details of the actual results from my food reaction test was really detailed and really helpful for me to understand my diet and overall I was really impressed. It is very expensive, but not as expensive as some other brands I have seen, but I thought it was a really good service.

Good product, easy to use, very thorough test, Lots of information support and website are decent too.The only reason I did not give it 5 Stars as leads into more tests for other potential concerns.

Did everything that the instructions said and sent it off on a Monday, tracking showed they received it on a Wednesday, 2 days later, no updates at all for many weeks so I contact customer service. I get no response from customer service but get a notification later that day saying that my test has been received and will now be "processed". Next day I get another update saying results can't be analyzed because the sample is too old which their own email says is "rare". Thought I was perhaps unlucky so took the test again after they sent me a replacement, followed the instructions exactly again and sent it out again on a Monday as instructed, tracking show they received the completed test on a Wednesday. After over a week of no notifications I again contact customer service and get no response. Again later the same day I get a notification that the sample has now been "received". Next day I again get another notification that the sample is too old for them to process, the message says that this is "rare". Expensive, complicated and painful to do the test and obviously Cerascreen has zero intention of processing the samples in a timely manner or providing the promised updates on progress unless prompted.

After many years of gastrointestinal pain and being told I had IBS with no relief from using medications or various holistic remedies, I even followed FODMAT diets too.This test was simple, easy to use and I was able to access my results within a few days.I would highly recommend this test as it gave me clear indicators to what was wrong and what foods to avoid.

For me I know I have certain allergies it highlighted none of the things I know I’m allergic too. I should really contact the company and request my money back !

Used cerascreen a number of times - horrendously slow this time around. Still waiting on results. They get there in the end but have been getting worse recently. Results are usually accurate.

Very useful and easy to use! Before purchasing this test I constantly had a bloated stomach and just digestive problems. After learning that I have a wheat allergy, I now adjust my diet accordingly and the bloating is gone. Definitely recommend this!
