I was having difficulties getting a 100 bottle batch of a Belgian quad to carbonate. I rehydrated the yeast and added only 8-10 drops to each bottle. After 2 weeks, the bottles are well carbonated. This beer is about 10% too!!

I use this on my high ABV beers just to ensure that they fully carbonate. It isn’t let me down yet.

old out of date by 4 months need it now will use it and hope it will still work

If using for a batch that didn't carbonate you'll likely know if it works and most assuredly it will as would many other yeasts. But when adding to a fresh batch before bottling it is hard to say whether it helps or not. I don't see much difference BUT I will probably continue to use hoping to avoid a batch that doesn't carbonate.
