I love these books because the principles are taught without the time decay and confusing metrics. While time decay is crucial, he’s not teaching the short game and shows you how to resist the emotional tug of the option play. These are plays to build wealth using blended methods for accelerated gains and protections to prevent loss. It’s simple and fun, and the case studies are great. My favorite part is that he teaches the necessary skill of hedging against risk in the enhanced buy and hold method for investment accounts to help you keep your money once you follow the blueprint to get there. I’m so stoked to start the next one.

Too much risk for my taste but the math would work, the issue is investor psychology and panic selling as the author states. I will continue to buy and hold but enjoyed the content.

I’m a retired bank/trust examiner. After a career of reviewing investment portfolios and strategies, and managing my own portfolio, this is the most sensible strategy I have seen. I picked up this book with the intention of learning how options work and am walking away with a solid and easy to replicate blueprint showing how to grow and protect my retirement fund.Travis' book is easy to read, the concepts are simple to understand, and repeated throughout the book in similar contexts to assist in absorbing the mechanics and methodology of the EBH method.I finished this book in two days of on-and-off reading, finding that I thought a lot about his method in-between the time I spent with the book.Travis is an excellent communicator, and I will definitely follow up with his other publication "Options Trading Made Simple" to dive deeper into the methodologies of options trading and how they may benefit me in conjunction with Travis' EBH process to further build my retirement fund, and more importantly, freedom in the form of time.
