I really enjoy this brand of shampoo and conditioner. And I just ran out and I got my hair colored and my hair stylist says this is the best to use and she no longer works at that particular salon.I will say I am very disappointed in both the product and the customer service I received.The product was blue and it's supposed to be purple and when it came and I used it I could tell instantly that it was not the same product because there was blue shampoo all over the place when I was washing my hair. It stained things so you have to really scrub to get it out like it was exceptionally strong blue dye. It did not have the same smell it did not do the same work I had to use conditioner twice because it did not get the snarls and stuff out even with combing. And when I combed I had to then scrub my shower down because of all the blue.I emailed Regis about it and they wanted the information on the bottom of the bottle which I sent them pictures of. And they did let me know that there was a new manufacturer of it. And I said well what am I supposed to do with the bottle I have no use for it and they sat there and emailed me back telling me that a different preferred brand that I should use. But they didn't want to reimburse me or anything like that for the product or replace the product that I bought with the conditioner that they suggested

Great on grey or white hair, keeps it from yellowing. Please don't stop making this!

I've been using the previous Silver line for about 5 years I would say. I just used the new one today and I smell like an old lady. I will probably end up giving it to my mother and finding a new purple line. It didn't seem as thick as the previous one or as deep of a purple. If you never used the previous one you may like it since you cannot compare it.EDIT: It is th next morning and MMy hair is dry now and it isn't as soft either and I don't like the feel or look of it. I was hoping the smell would diminish but it hasn't and is still very poignant. I wish I had listened to the other reviews but I didn't think it could be all that bad.

The shampoo leaked out all over the plastic bag it was enclosed in during shipping. Thankfully the bag contained it so my other items were unaffected. The shampoo itself I do like. I like the color tone it leaves my hair. It doesn't dry my hair out.

I bought this to try to get some brightennes on my grey hair,I have searching and trying many products, and finally I found what I was looking for, it make my greys look alive, bright shiny, love the silver tone on them.Color is intense but it doesn't stain, I do not use gloves to apply it.Very nice product definitely great value for the price.Smell is nice and light,

My hair is getting thin, especially the front. It seems to make it look like I have more hair, which I'll take any day.

I'm in my 60's, premature silver-grey since my mid-30's. In summer, the sun causes my hair to have a yellow cast, which makes my skin look green. I've been looking for 3 decades for a shampoo that lathers up well, reduces the brassy, yellow cast, adds body and volume, cleans hair well and rinses out thoroughly.FINALLY, I found that product!I'm thrilled with the results, and have gotten many compliments on my hair since using it.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.I will buy more Super Silver Conditioner in future.

Love this conditioner but make sure you use the shampoo, too. The shampoo helps give your hair a silvery white glow. The conditioner makes your hair feel silky soft. I get so many compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair looks since I’ve started using them. Plus, it doesn’t make your hair purple, pink or blue...just a lovely silvery white.
