I can't comment on their impact, because it hasn't been long enough to tell what that will be. However, I can comment on on appearance and taste.As others have noted, they are rather sticky, as in they stick to each other. It's a minor pain to pull them apart, but it's fine, it isn't THAT difficult.Taste? I like them. I feel like I've had a little apple sweet. Not punch you in the face apple, it's nice though.Does it have that funky sweetener aftertaste? No, not even a little bit, which is a good thing.My stomach can be rather sensitive to sweeteners, but it's perfectly fine with these.If it does what I want it to do, I will absolutely be buying more.

Dint bother buying
They taste ok but stick together and are a nightmare to get out the container. They end up breaking apart. I will be going back to wellgard.
