DO NOT USE, Electrical issues with unit.
I have purchased this item. Smoked started rolling from it within the 1st month of use. I returned and new machine arrived. Another month goes by and while using a rather frightening pop can from the machine. Machine no longer works and the company has no contact information or numbers to call to return.

A reliable, honest & superb customer service vendor
Product received all in good order. it appears to meet or surpass all expectations. Customer service superb. Amazon messed up the order on their side , but the company made everything more than right with the customer . Highly recommended.Post note: Unit has been tested and works absolutely fine. It can be tested easily with a few drops of water on the head surface. Please also be aware that a gel or conducting medium needs to be used on the head to allow ultrasound to propagate in contact with skin. Unit is fine.

Bad quality
Smoke started coming out with just one use. After use with 6 minutes timer, the machine stopped running, which was correct but within 3-4 minutes, smoke started coming out of the machine. We turned off the machine and returning it. I paid $15 extra for an expedited delivery and it was a waste of money. I had high hope but now after this, I don’t trust the quality of the machine coming out of India.

Stopped working after a few sessions
I purchased this product to help with scar tissue that developed through surgery. It did work great for the first few times, and after the 5th time it just stopped working. Super bummed out, because I had high hope for this little machine.

FIRE!! I wanted 0 stars!!!
THIS DEVICE CAUGHT FIRE!!! I had a total knee replacement and I have used a smaller version of this device that was portable. This device seemed similar to what is used in the PT office so I chose something a little more expensive than the other. I tried to turn on the device and it turned off again. Finally it worked. I walked away from the device and went to the restroom to come back and have my living room with smoke!!! Luckily I had not left my home when I was suppose to because I would not have been back for 3 hours!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!!
