Boxing Reflex Ball, 2 Difficulty Level Boxing Ball with Headband, Softer Than Tennis Ball, Perfect for Reaction, Agility, Punching Speed, Fight Skill and Hand Eye Coordination Training

Okay, here is the skinny on the product. I can't compare to any others, so there is no way for me to say if this is better or worse than other's on the market. What I can say is you get two different balls. One is rubber and the other is a tennis ball. I will give my comments on both later.1) The Kit comes with 2 very long flexible strings pre-attached to each balls. When you attach the string to a Hat or to the head band they supply you want the string to be at arms length or just a notch shorter. Some people say you head straight and the ball to your bellybutton; either one works and I recommend tying a simple knot first and trying it out before cutting the string.2) The Tennis ball string is by far way longer. Not really sure why one is crazy long and the other is just long, but that is how it comes.3) If you have never done this before as I have not, start with the rubber ball. It is a little easier to control and for the first 20-30 min you'll say this is crazy I can't do this but then it gets a little easier. I am on day 2 now maybe an 45 min total and I can control it better.4) The Tennis ball is more for what a pro or an experienced person would use as it can be more difficult to control. Don't be a bad ass and say I am going to start with this one start with the rubber ball...trust me.5) Neither ball hurts your hand at all so you don't need wraps or gloves. If you want to use MMA gloves you can I suppose but really no need.6) I do box, however, at 43, just learning an really just on my own so for me this is just something fun and to get better reflexes. It is a great product regardless even if does not improve skills which I think over time it will.

This is cool. Not only is it great for hand-eye coordination, reflexes and speed... but it also gives a great little cardio workout if you're training with intensity. I found this to be a good deal overall, as it was everything that I had expected... and then some. The fact that they give you two different types of balls, and required flexi-string for a headband or hat made it perfect for anyone who wants to keep one set in their workout area, and the other wherever you simply need a quick-fix (exercise).

The trap on the head I have to put a Scilly on so it can stay on my head. Other then that it works.. But the strap which makes my review a 3.. If I read this in a review I Would have gotten another one with a good strap for my head.

I have bought similar products but this brand by far has the best quality for price, you get 2 balls and strings for the price of 1, my boxing club will purchase more, thanks.

It’s hard to use but fun. It’ll take time to get down the technique but I enjoy using it.

Didn't get anything but a empty plastic zip bag with a business card CoolNES and that's it!
