Product description Bolero drinks are fruity, refreshing and sugar-free. It is free from artificial colours, flavorings, and preservatives. Mixed in water, it is perfect for the whole family and very refreshing. Bolero drinks are also suitable for diabetics. 3g sachet makes 500 to 700 ml of drink and 9g large sachet makes 1500-2000ml of ready sugar-free drink. Delicious drink in many flavours. Zero sugar. I am a diabetic and drink it every day.

Contains Maltodextrin
Contains Maltodextrin, which causes dental decay faster than sugar. I wondered why the description said aid 'sugar free' buy also said 'can spike blood sugar', so I looked up the ingredients. It contains Maltodextrin which is worse than sugar and which causes dental decay faster than sugar, so it's a hard pass from me. Imagine sipping Maltodextrin all day and destroying your teeth.

Delicious hydration
These drinks are delicious. The 12 flavours taste exactly as you would expect. Some of these drinks are salty but these are just right I have purchased several cartons and will continue to do so. There's not a flavour in the box I don't like.
