Uses very little oil, placement of thermometer is great, quickly heats up and pour tip makes it easy to empty without making a mess

Thermometer broke on 2nd use
The pot worked as expected except that the thermometer broke apart during the second use. I'd like to replace it. Anyone else find a suitable replacement thermometer?

Temperature Vomtrol
The glass on temperature control cracked and when cleaned fell out. This could be a safety hazard.I just want another temperature control.
