These wheels have decent traction and a soft ride. They fit the TT motors fine. Lowest priced tires that do the job for any hobbyist

This 8-pack of wheels from ThtRht contains wheels that are a decent quality. However, they are bigger than I thought they would be and do not fit any of my smaller or even larger motor shafts. I'll need to make custom components to adapt them to my project.

I teach basic robotics and electronics for youth organizations, and got these for building custom small robots. I didn’t realize it when I ordered, but they are identical to the wheels on the Elegoo robot kits, which is pretty much exactly what I wanted. There are plenty of 3d printable models out there that can use these wheels. I also ordered TT 1:48 motors to drive them. Overall, these are fine quality wheels for small (cheap) robots, plenty fine for what I need, though certainly not the best out there—but if you’re doing a serious industrial or scientific robot, you’re not looking here anyway. For the price, though, they probably are the best. Check your measurements!
