Sensor failed in 33 days
I received the sensor on August 1, 2024 and installed it on August 2, 2024 and the engine code cleared. It is now Sept 4, 2024 and the sensor failed last night (Sept 3, 2024). I went to Amazon to get a refund and the option is gone and I can only get to a HELP screen only giving things to try. I’m 3 days past the refund date and now I’m stuck with a $107 worthless sensor.

I received an open and used sensor.
PSA: Check to make sure you receive a new and/or sealed sensor before you start to disassemble your car... unlike me. I received an open and used sensor. Sensor came in an open package, cable was dirty, and the nut face has socket marks from being installed, and the tip show some soot, this looks like someone's original that they cleaned up and threw back in the bag. Trying to exchange it right now. This problem is the result of someone not checking what was "restocked". At $80-some-odd dollars, I expect a new one.

Awesome O2 sensor! LOL
EDIT: after being installed in the vehicle for only a couple months and 7,000 miles, the rear bank 1 upstream O2 sensor has already failed. Its showing a P2237 code. I take back all the positive things I originally said about this sensor and this brand. Hopefully some resolution can be made from NGK.This was an exact fit and OEM equivalent to the ford motorcraft part on my wifes 2013 ford flex. For a fraction of the cost of new Ford motorcraft, this NGK sensor threaded right in and instantly fixed the check engine light. A+

Poor O2 Sensor
Burned out and failed immediately. Within a couple of days.
