Brother toner cartridge worked immediately not the others
Cost more but it worked 1st time. No hassle. Bought a cheaper non Brother cartridge pair. Brother printer did NOT recognize the other cartridge for the correct printer. Repeated 'replace toner' message. Spent 45 minutes trying to make the printer recognize cartridge via internet and utube. Continued with replace toner message. Bought an Original Brother cartridge on Amazon next day. Installed and printed perfect immediately! Bummer because the 2 pack price was good.Printer compatibility:'replace toner' message immediately went away and was ready to print away.

Easy install. Works great.
Quick delivery. Item as described. Works as needed with my printer. Doesn’t last quite as long as it should in terms of number of copies per cartridge but super easy to remove old cartridge & install new on my Brother laser printer (non-color).

Works best for us
Works Much Better than the off brand refill cartridges. We always get nice clean and crisp prints. Tried the off brand toner before and it usually doesn't last as long or causes jams or other problems. I'm sticking with the Manufacturer's brand in our printer.

Why does one cartridge work great the other one complete fail?
Ordered 2 cartridges, the first one failed. Went through all the menu, YouTube, googled everything, but nothing worked. Second cartridge worked immediately. I returned it, got a refund, but I thought they were going to send a replacement. There's no information about them sending the replacement.
