Are the parts all upgradeable? Can i swap out graphic cards and processors in the future?

are there extra cables for additional ssd expansion? easy to install?

Yes, there is an extra cable for an additional SSD, it is sort of buried in the side panel, with the cable management. BUT I suggest you take advantage of the M.2 socket on the motherboard. I very quickly installed a 1TB NVME in my rig, easy install and faster performance. (Example of what I used: Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2)
