Super fast shipping. Comfortable and cushy. Recliner lays way back. Only thing I don't like is the back of it won't sit straight. It constantly looks lopsided if I don't keep fixing and leveling it. I might just change the screw out. I was going to send it back, but it's too nice to do that. Quiet as heck, and slides with ease. It's tall and wide. The color is nice and makes it look like it's for an executive. Nicely priced as well.

I love this chair.I am only giving this review a 4 b/c of the return policy the seller offers.It took me a long time to decide to purchase this chair. It is a 3rd party with a sketchy return policy.I took a risk.With that said, I give this product a 5-Star Rating.To begin, I am 5'2" 105lb.The quality of the material is really nice.It looks and feels like good quality soft and supple faux, black leather.I love the ergonomics of the whole design of the chair.I love how the arm rests are padded all the way down to the seat, and the back of the seat cradles perfectly around my form like a hug, to echo another reviewer.It feels very snuggly...cozy.Due to my small stature, I regret not having adjustable arm rests. Just slightly higher would be ideal.I fit perfectly sitting cross-legged on the extra wide design.I am delighted with just how comfortable these cushions are.Reclining back all the way with the foot rest really is comfortable enough to fall asleep.The foot rest feels sturdy enough to stand the test of time.As for packaging, all parts arrived very well padded.The instructions are easy to follow pictures with arrows and coordinating, numbered hardware.This seller's product and schpeal is accurate.I highly recommend this chair.

I had a very hard time getting this box up my second floor apartment stairs. Being as weak as I am.I am a very tall, lanky, and thin woman. I love to sit criss-cross on my chairs, but haven't found any comfortable ones that offer such satisfaction. Until this chair! Being 6', built mostly on legs, I'm able to sit with my legs crossed perfectly.The little foot rest that comes with it, is a fantastic touch. If my legs start to cramp, I simply slide one up to rest on the pull out.I'd say it's very comfortable. Despite the cushion being a bit stiffer than what I read from the description, my boney butt has yet to "fall asleep" from sitting in one position for too long. The armrests that are covered in cushion is a huge plus, since my knees usually rub against any other chair's metal/plastic bars.I'm a gamer, so sitting for long periods of time is a norm for me, and this chair offers great support for my body, very sturdy. Leaning back is just as comfortable. Almost fell asleep a few times.The directions to put the chair together were very clear and was easy to assemble. You get clear pictures with numbered/lettered screws & pieces. Didn't take too long, maybe an hour to built on my own.10/10 purchase. Very worth the money!!

The chair arrived in a damaged box, and I'm honestly not sure if the chair itself is broken as a result of it but after being put together the seat tilts slightly downwards. We've tried disassembling and reassembling multiple times and no matter what, tilts downwards - making it EXTREMELY uncomfortable. When contacting for a refund, I had a very difficult time communicating with the company. At first they were willing to take a return, but they wouldn't pay for the cost of shipping, which was going to be rather significant for a 55+lb package. Then they said they wouldn't take it if the original box had been damaged. When I communicated to them that I wasn't the one that had damaged the box, it had arrived that way, they offered me $30. I pushed back, and they eventually raised it to $50, but honestly there was a huge communication barrier. Sometimes I couldn't understand their emails at all; there were a lot of words misspelled or strung together were no spaces. After going back and forth for quite a while I took the $50, but I'm terribly disappointed. I'm a disabled woman on a fixed income, and I saved up for a long time to buy this chair after doing a lot of research on what I thought would be the right fit for me. Now I'm stuck with it, and I still think it arrived broken. I think it could have been a nice chair otherwise, it looks nice (if it wasn't tilting downward) and the material and height are as advertised. Just terrible communication skills and customer support.

I rated this chair a five star. The comfort and practicality is great. I have had several office chairs but none like this. It advertises exactly what you get. Very supportive, well-made, and versatile.The chair is firm but comfortable, and the recline position is awesome. I highly recommend this chair. I was tired of the black office chair and elected the gray, and I am very glad I did—it's a very rich color.
