LuxuRobes Men's Smoking Jacket

My bf got this as part of a Gomez Addams costume- plus he had always wanted a nice smoking jacket. It is really nice. A little more $ than I expected to spend, but he will have it for years, and the perfect opportunity to sign up for the Amazon Prime credit card for the savings. This robe is soft and a bit baggy- not especially structured or tailored, and the cuffs and collar are not faced or stiff- more comfy this way but not as tidy looking as a more formal smoking jacket. I would call this more a “smoking robe”, or a robe in the style of a smoking jacket. If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars- it could be a little more high quality for the price, but overall it is a nice piece of men’s loungewear. It’s normal to get nicer garments altered to fit, something we may look into so it’s a little more fitted. He loves it. One thing I noticed that concerned me is the belt has these really dainty little tassels at the ends- they look amazing, but if lounging in this garment, take care and be aware that they can be ripped off. They are removable, so if you’re laying on the couch or napping in this garment you may want to take the tassels off for a while. Overall, a really nice, practical version of a garment that has become very hard to find. Hoping they come back in style!

My smoking jacket came almost immediately and I love it. It's a bit bigger/looser than I expected on my bare back, but I'm a lankier guy and this is my first smoking jacket. I assume it's sized for comfort and to fit over other layers. If you want a super snug fit, go a size smaller than normal. Still, I love the material and for the price, its a great deal. The silk and velvet are soft & luxurious and the jacket looks great, too. Even the box it came in was nice. I can't wait to lounge around the house in style this fall and winter, as well as smoke some cigars and write out on my porch. I've wanted a smoking jacket forever, but didn't want to spend a fortune, so this is a perfect merge of value, comfort, and style.

Excellent quality and comfort. I bought a small for my 5’6” boyfriend, but I didn’t realize it was such a short robe. The belt is a little high on his waist and it doesn’t reach his knees, so I recommend to size up. Great gift and overall very happy with the purchase

I wanted a smoking jacket for the actual, old-fashioned purpose -- to have something warm when I step outside for a cigarette, and something that absorbs a lot of the smell so that it doesn't stay on my clothes. Not only does this jacket do that, it's just beautiful. It really does feel like they put top-quality materials and care into making it, and their customer service is attentive and appreciative. It's such a relief to get a solid, exceptional product when you splurge on an expensive item!

Poor structure. Color was completely off. Color is more blue green, not a true navy. The sleeve cuffs did not match, one was quilted, and the other was not, you could see it was sewn wrong.

Just got it today. Ordered it 3 days ago and paid the extra shipping. The jacket is soft and better quality than I expected. And once I steam it out the seems should line up. BUT THERE IS A WHOLE IN THE INSIDE LAPEL POCKET!! I spent way too much money on this to have a whole anywhere! $199 + $40plus shipping to get it in time for the event. It came one day sooner than estimated delivery date, so that’s good. TBH I believe the extra shipping cost may be a scam. Because I order Amazon all the time and I usually get items this fast in LA from NY or anywhere in the states. So you decide for yourself. Again he coat is not the perfect fit it’s larger than it should be, and not made well enough for the price. Maybe should be at a $65 price point. Contacted the seller about the whole we will see what they say.

I loved everything about this robe. I brought a Large for my dad which wears a size Medium in tops and it fit perfectly. He looked amazing in this smokers jacket. The quality of the the material is really nice the picture seriously doesn’t do this jacket justice. I’m happy I went through this company for this item.

My Grandson is a man now and thought he may just like a smoking jacket for Christmas. I wasn't sure how he would feel about this or even if it fit. Bought him a pipe, and PJ's to go with it. Surprise! The Jacket arrived in a beautiful Department store box, opened it to find the robe in a cloth envelope (beautiful also) and the robe is excellent quality. My grandson has huge shoulders but he had no problem with the fit, he wears a men's 2XL. He wears his jacket every day so far! He thinks he's "The Man" now.
