Overall it's an 'okay' product. I am pleased with it as it's very cute and soft, very plush and easily a great gift to make any plush lover happy.HOWEVER... I have a few complaints.I got the smallest bear ( 14in/35CM) and it's not true to size, measuring it it's only 11in which isn't really a big deal but it shouldn't be advertised as such or priced.There are loose threads where the seam should end that need to be cut and the proportions are off. One ear is more lopsided than the other and one leg is longer than the other. Not to mention the tail is GLUED ON, there's messy globs of glue if you feel around the underside of the tail. It feels like a very sloppy mash-together.It feels like this is a different product entirely aswell, it doesn't quite look like the image. Sure it's cute but looking between the two it definetly looks like a 'knock-off'. The bear in the product image looks WAY softer and thoughtfully pieced together and plush. The bear I received is more compact and not as 'bubbly' and round.The fabric is really soft though as mentioned before! as with all of the material. It's very plush and cuddly and perfect for cuddling up with. Just aesthetically speaking it's a bit of a wonky bear.

I am an adult but I wanted something to cuddle to help me sleep and get some comfort. This stuffed bear is really soft and the 20” one feels like size of a mid sized cat or a baby so it fits right in my arms. The bear has a lay down posture so if you put it on your torso it feels so natural - it feels like a baby or an animal leaning on me. The doll was compressed so it still has creases but I think it will eventually go away. The price is a little overpriced but I am in general content with the softness and how it feels against my body.

I was so excited to receive this but was very disappointed to find a 2inch hole along the seem of the bear. For the price I expected better.

This bear was a gift for my mother. The look on her face when she saw it was priceless! It is so soft and just the right size for cuddling. When I opened the bag, the bear immediately puffed up and only had a minor wrinkle or two. Not that you would notice. Its face is so serene while sleeping, you can’t help but fall in love with this bear! Mom sure did!
