Jewelry case
Upright jewelry case the mirror was cracked in three different places. Packaging may need to be changed to insure customer product arrives intact. The cabinet is beautiful. I’m glad I purchased the warranty,

Useless
It says parts replacement yet I wasn't given a single option for that when a piece of my furniture broke. Not to mention it takes so damn long to actually get the claim in with non-succinct options and instructions.

Gaming chair
The gaming chair l purchase was nice but Not as comfortable as it looked.And shortly after purchasing.About eight months later it's started falling apart. The arms on the chair we're not sturdy enough for my child. The arm broke off and a screw came out of the seat.. I wouldn't buy it again.

Paid the full amount
I attempted to file a claim online but kept getting a message that the manufacturer warranty may still be in place so to check with them first. There was not a manufacturer warranty and it took me three phone calls and a couple correspondence but finally was able to get the claim paid by Asurion.
