So far so good - except that it was missing a the temperature connection. I contacted Amazon but they said they couldn't send the part that I need it to return the whole package. Well it has been installed and it's not convenient for me to take it off to return. As per the product I think it's well made and should last a long time if it's well taken care of. I will post a follow-up in a year.

I've been through 2 of these in the last few months. First one, day one didn't stop charging at the chosen voltage. Came home from work and found my 48v pack at 67v. Got a new one and worked for a little longer than a month perfectly and early one morning the magic smoke came out.
