Powerful stuff. Starts working the day you tale it. May have to fiddle with dose and deal with some gas. Adds mucus to stool, increases bowel transit time. I take 2 in the morning on hour before I eat on an empty stomach.

My system definitely likes this product. Have tried others with mixed results. Very much recommend this.

I have successfully used these capsules to culture half and half, another batch of coconut cream and a third mixed with l. reuteri in half and half. Worked as expected with addition of small amt inulin. Somewhat bitter but my only experience with this prebiotic. 40 hour culture at 97⁰F

I take alot of pain medication. It is a great thing to add to my routine.
