Great little kit
It works, could do with instructions on assembly - I had to work out that the covers slid off - but, minor annoyance and should not put you off from buying.

Excellent product
Arrived next day which is great given my location, fitting ssd was simplicity itself, once drive permissions were sorted worked great read and write both fast, cable is a bit short as others have mentioned but this is not an issue for me. Thoroughly recommended.

Good little case
Great case for making an SSD mobile. Use it for copying large amounts of data between devices or just making a temporary backup. Suspect a drive might overheat if left permanently powered, but have had no trouble leaving it on for a few hours. Reasonable speed on USB 3 too.

Recovered laptop files
Smashed screen on laptop. Took the internal drive out and put it into this to save the files. Easy to put together, worked first time plugging into replacement laptop. Happy days, data files not lost now accessible.

Hard Drive Enclosure
fitted a 120gb kingston ssd drive i got from ebay for £7-49p. went into disc management and added as a simple volume which formatted the drive to NTFS. hee hee
