Today is Day 23 taking Keto Burn. I have lost a total of 19lbs!!!I take one capsul first thing in morning and a second capsule between 1:00-2:00pm. I'm a big guy starting weight 350 on 4/28/18. Today (23 days) later I weigh 331lbs!!! I haven't changed my life as far as exercise or watching what I am eating however I find myself satisfied faster causing me to eat not as much. There is a sense of a "natural high" and a sense of well being these awesom capsules create inside your body. I have a ton of energy now, which I never had. I have been weighing myself every 3 days since I started this regime the end of April and on day 3 I lost 2lbs. I retired early last year and gained weight just being at home although I stay busy. I have tried a lot of diet supplements and shakes that simply didn’t work like I thought they would. Then after reading reviews on Keto decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! I went from a size 14 to getting into my size 10’s in just 3 and 1/2 weeks. The 10’s are a little snug but I can get in them! I exercise and watch what I eat of course and have 1 cheat meal a week. My weight loss was so noticeable my Mom thought I might have been ill. My goal is to get down to a size 8 ..... or I might just keep going to see that size 6! I highly recommend Keto! No jitters or feeling funny and no feeling overwhelmingly hungry between dosages. These are really great, I've been using every day for about two weeks now, in conjunction with another Energy & Focus Pill I've also found here on Amazon. I'm like a new employee at work, and have been doing amazing at sticking to my diet. I have purchased some keto sticks to see if these are helping yet, but I haven't used them yet. My energy is way up (I thought it was just the other pills at first, but I forgot to take these one day until 2:30 PM and didn't think about not taking them 6 hours before bed time and I could NOT sleep at all that night.) Not that that's anyone's fault but my own, as the bottle clearly states not to do that, so I won't remove a star for my own faultAnyway, this stuff is great, and I have already lost about 10#'s, in conjunction with diet and exercise. Will keep using this until desired result, and will update.

So I'm new to the whole Keto lifestyle and decided to give this product a try due to the reviews on Amazon. I can honestly say that I feel it has helped me with the diet. I'm on my 3rd month of keto, and the past month that I've used this product I've lost more weight, feel slimmer, have more energy and somewhat feel like my appetite has supressed. I am terrible at taking pills, so I barely ever take the second one you're supposed to take at lunch time. I can only imagine the benefits if I was disciplined enough to take both pills a day. I also take Keto Cheat along with these. 2 thumbs up

I am taking this product along with other Sheer products and the results have been fantastic. I have already lost several pounds and I am much more focused and energized throughout the day.

At first it helped give me some extra energy but then I couldn’t even tell I took the pill.

The Keto Burn pills do curb appetite but it takes a bit of use for it to be effective. Anytime I try new diet pills I give it a full week of taking it to test and see how things pan out. So far I have 1 day left to go and I've not lost any weight. Additionally, these pills have caused some severe constipation. I'd say that the lack of appetite is likely due to that so if you're okay with having no appetite because of constipation then, go for it. FYI, I've been doing keto for over a year now so I'm not new to the keto diet/experience and haven't had this issue until AFTER taking the pills.

I have been living keto for almost 6 months now but seemed to have hit a plateau. After losing 30 pounds and having another 30 to go, my energy dissipated and I stopped losing weight. I found these pills and thought I'd give them a try. It has been three weeks now and things have really picked up. I take one pill first thing in the morning and become energized usually within 15 minutes. If I become fatigued, I take the second one in the afternoon. The pills do not give me the jitters or keep me from going to sleep at night. Best of all, I am back on track with my weight loss.
