This is a good soup! I bought a couple of different flavors and find them so convenient and adaptable for several dishes. I like the unique flavors and taste homemade. Great staple for your pantry!

I bought a similar product at my local grocery store in the deli area. This kit creates multiple servings with a cost savings, even adding in the other required ingredients.

Was really looking forward to making this soup especially since I like coconut so much. It doesn’t really have much taste beside the coconut milk I put in- I absolutely love other soup mixes from this brand

My husbands exact quote after eating this soup, ‘I think that’s the best soup I’ve had.’ I added 1 yellow bell pepper. Sautéed it prior to adding cooked, shredded chicken from Costco. Yummy.

We were surprised at how much one soup package made, enough to feed all six of us easily, although we had a salad on the side. Some really fun things about this: it is very easy to prepare; in fact, next time, we may pre-cook chicken one day and have our teenage children finish preparing the meal the next day. The chicken is the hardest part of this to prepare. There is no measuring since the dried meal only requires one container of chicken broth and two cans of coconut milk. Another thing we considered a pro is that the meal is very mildly spiced, and not very salty initially, so seasonings can be adjusted to taste. Overall, we loved this, and it made it easy to prepare a home-cooked meal and have it on the table in less than an hour.

Each of the soups has potatoe flakes which makes the soup extra thick and does not enhance the flavor expected.

I absolutely LOVED this Coconut Curry soup! It is so easy to make (be sure to have a thing of chicken broth and 2 cans of unsweetened coconut milk on hand along with some cooked chicken) and delivers A LOT of delicious soup. Enough for several meals for my husband and I. I used meat from a baked rotisserie chicken and it was perfect. I highly recommend this soup, though the $20 for 2 price has me wincing a little bit. Even so - this soup delivers in flavor. 5 Stars.
