Great value, even better hooks. Don't listen to the bad reviews
Not sure why people say the hooks are too small... I assume they don't know hook sizes or why circle hooks look the way the do.. fantastic value for mustad hooks. No complaints what so ever. Only place I could find them and luckily also the cheapest.

Great hooks, but only for small baits.
The hooks work great, sharp, and lip hooked every fish. The only problem is that I had to go up to a 2/0, same hook brand, because there is not much room for bait on this size hook. When I went up in size, hookups tripled, at least. This is in South Padre Island surf, using dead shrimp, cut mullet and fish bites. I will probably give these a try for crappie with minnows, they should work well for that. Good hook, wrong application, at least for me.

Slightly smaller than expected
The 2/0 Mustad is similar but ever so slightly smaller than the 2/0 Gamakatsu octopus circle hook, the main difference being the length of the shank. The top hook pictured is the Gamakatsu, and the bottom is the Mustad. Other than the length of the shank, I like the design of this hook better as it is curled in a little more than the Gamakatsu, so it should be even less likely to gut hook fish. Time will tell how well these perform.

Fish don't swallow hook
These are circle hooks I use with red worms for panfish. The fish are caught on the edge of mouth, making for easy release without injuring the fish. I release the fish anyway, and these hooks are perfect. Aberdeen hooks are often swallowed by fish, and getting the hook out kills the fish. If I were keeping the fish to eat it wouldn't matter, but since I'm releasing them, the Mustad Circle hooks (size 4) are exactly the right hook. On a given day, I catch maybe 20 fish, from small bluegill to 2 pound bass and catfish. The hooks are great. Every now and then, a shell cracker or bluegill swallows the hook, but its only 1 in a hundred, whereas with the Aberdeen's it seems like it was 1 in 5 (especially with shellcrackers).

Good sharp hooks!
I like these in 2/0 and 3/0 for carp, which I frequently use for bait. Easy to get five or six kernels of corn on at a time and almost never miss a fish with them. They’re wicked sharp, so use caution when typing rigs or baiting the hooks!

Fish sets the hook.
Love these small circle hooks. Crappie, stripers, and catfish set the hook themselves when taking cork down. Good for my wife and kids because they just start feeling. The #1 hooks are small enough for small minnows to give good action not being weighted down.

Perfect. Just what I needed
Since 10/0 hooks don’t seem to be available locally, I resorted to Amazon. On time delivery and perfect.Edit: I counted the hooks. It was supposed to be 50. Was only 44.

Very nice sharp hook!
Very nice hook. Very sharp!! Will be using them for steelhead. I'm not a fan of undersized hooks, good sized fish require a decent sized hook. Straightening hooks is not a part of the plan. Havecshopped the price point and this one is very good! Will purchase again.
