Faulty GPS! and worst ever customer service! STAY AWAY FROM QUBO
Edited review. They finally showed up to install the device. The GPS component in the product is faulty, and does not update location or speed / duration / distances etc. I am getting notifications for engine start and stop, and that’s about it. Spoke to the call centre who assured me a replacement would be on the way soon and an email confirmation will be sent for the same. But no email received yet. UPDATE: HAVE HAD THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH QUBO. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND. They have been creating and closing complaint ticket numbers without solving any of my issues which is basically to just replace the device. They are committing to replace the device, then without sharing any other information, just closing the complaint ticket. The entire call centre operation and brand seems like a big elaborate scam setup.

Most pathaitic product no on sight support from the manufaturer accuracy issue app not working properly and they have charged 650 Rs for instaltion the person who installed the traker didnt know about hownit works plese dont buy this product chek other options i feel cheted by the compny.

Apple Store warns about the App. Seems risky
When I scanned the QR code to download App, Apple display warning so to use this machine I had to buy a phone not having any other data. All related Apps Like Qubo Go, QuboPro, Qubo ask to access all files, write and much more. It is astonishing that company like Hero indulge in such activities. Be aware.
