Not only does this heating pad feel nice for back pain, but it also just is nice to use when you're cold. It's easy to just warm up a bit in the microwave and attach on your back. I chose this particular heating pad because of the velcro around the waist. Very convenient and nice.

I love it...enough said! It is so relaxing. It's nice and long so it really snuggles around your neck. I love the handles to add extra pressure if you need it. It stays warm for about 20 min which is really nice. My kids love it too and keep trying to steal it from me!

This is a very comfortable wrap, it covers my neck and top of my shoulders and is very soft. The weight is nice to keep it in place and apply the heat, but not excessive. Warmed up in the microwave for 2 minutes and it was toasty warm.I also tried it frozen. It stays flexible in the freezer, but honestly it just doesn't get cold enough to make a difference, even when left overnight. My other ice packs felt super cold, but this one only really felt cool.I recommend this as long as you want to use it for heat.

Got this for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loves it, but claims "its not as exciting as when she first got it because the smell wore off!". Im not sure how they would go about making it smell "exciting" forever, but I think Its a great item.

The comfort factor is amazing. Heat retention is not the best as it's not a thick pad. The soft fibers create a barrier so if it's hot it doesn't feel excessively so. The lavender smell is light and pleasant.

I ordered this product before from the same vendor and included in my purchase was a microwavable bag to keep the heating pad sterile/clean when heating it up in the microwave. Without the bag to enclose the heating pad, you are putting the heating pad in a microwave that is also used for heating up food and drink. I informed the vendor and they ignored my request. This heating pad works well but without the bag to put it in the microwave, you have to clean the microwave each time you use it. I just wish they had better customer service.

be careful with the measurements! It's really small, even the one they sell you as M is very small! the photos of the woman with the pillow on her back is unreal! My 6-year-old daughter has that back measurement, she looks like that, she's almost the size of a sheet of paper! the smell is good and the fabric has a quality but I was really surprised how small it is!

The heating pad gave my lower back nice heat and fit perfectly around waist for 20 minutes. Only takes 1.5 minutes in microwave to get warm. Good investment.
