Did not work for me
Previously I had tried an other brand of knee pain relief patch which had good results. Tried these patches due to them being half the cost,Guess you do really get what you pay for,these patches gave me no relief at all and removal also is tricky resulting in skin rash where the glue removed it, Think twice before purchasing,On the good side Amazon refunded me without any problems.Only one star because can't score zero.

Difficult to use
Would be much easier With a tab to make it easier to peel backing off patch. By the time I got backing off half the edges on patch wouldn't stick down, I've only got one arm so it's really difficult....you should give it a try.

Difficult to apply with short nails but worth the hassle in the end , doesn’t like all skin types and comes off quite easily , still worth getting though as they are a reasonable price and you get plenty
