VERO MONTE 4 Pairs Women's Striped Cotton Socks Crew - Thick Warm Socks for Women

These socks are plush and a medium thickness (compared to "thick" wool socks). They are great for wearing around the house and still fit nicely in shoes and boots. They are warm for the fall and winter months. The company says that they don't shrink and I believe it. The red sock was washed in cold and air dried, yellow sock was washed in cold and dried on low, blue sock was washed on normal setting and dried on low but it felt the same as the others when I wore it. I will order another set.

These are my favorite socks!- They are a nice solid thickness and very soft, though I wouldn't call them plush.- They're definitely warmer than the no-show exercise socks I usually wore before, but they're not going to be as warm as wool socks.- The toe seam is almost unnoticeable- They seem to be holding up very well over a several washes, though I can't really rate them on longevity yet. I did accidentally drop one on the sidewalk when bringing laundry in and only managed to find it after it had been soaking outside in rainstorms for 3 days, but I washed it again and I can't tell the difference from the rest of the socks.- The cute packaging they arrived in was neat and I appreciate that they didn't have a bazillion plastic tags and bags to cut off.I wear a size 7-8 in shoes and originally bought a pack when it was I think for size 6-8, and bought another pack because I liked them so much. I didn't realize the size had gone up but even the larger size is still wearable for me. It's a bit loose, but it's actually nicer that way for lounging / sleeping.

The quality and softness of these socks are great! They are a bit bulky like a tub sock, which I was not expecting.

I absolutely love these socks!!! If there were 6 possible stars for an exceptional product I would add it! I ordered Vero Monte women's crew socks last fall and I loved them. When I saw the cold weather crew socks I gave them a try and I was so impressed that I ordered another set. These socks are comfortable and don't make my feet sweat. They are soft brushed cotton and they are warm. The socks come up to about mid calf and they do not ride down in my winter boots. I do a lot of walking and these socks are perfect for that. They wash up nice and don't shrink. They are worth every cent I paid for them!!! I would recommend these socks to anyone who appreciate a soft warm comfortable fit. They look great too and fit in well with casual work and play attire. I am so happy I found these lovely socks!

Great socks! Well made. Wife loves how they feel and how they look. She’s very picky and I just lucked out last year as I was trying to finish off her Xmas list and she had socks on her list. I saw that Vero Monte had great reviews so I took a chance and she loved them. They came in a nice box and had a great presentation for a normal gift like socks. This year she had socks on her list again and I already knew from the hints and the 5 point explanation about why she loved these socks that she wanted more of Vero Monte. I purchased this type of Vero Monte sock, which was different but similar, for her so she could have different colors/style and when they arrived they were just socks in a bag. I was a little disappointed that there was no nice box like the other ones I purchased. The socks were still great but I really missed that little extra presentation factor with the box. Still get 5 stars from me because the socks really are well made. Hopefully they rectify the box issue by next Xmas time because I have a feeling I’ll be buying more. Buy them!

Love these socks they fit my foot perfectly I love how they have a size for 9 to 11 instead of expecting everyone from a size 5 to size 12 to wear the same sock. I wear a size 10 athletic shoe, size 9 boots. They are not too thick not too thin. I have other style socks from the same manufacturer and they have held up very well. Customer service is outstanding. They even email you after you get your socks to see how you like them. Very helpful finding the right style and size too.

These are lovely to look at, fit well and are comfortable. However, holes started up in the toe area within a few weeks (on every pair). We wash on delicate and dry low.

I’m allergic to most socks that aren’t mostly cotton. These socks are mostly cotton and they are wonderful. I live in cold climate and these socks are so comfy and keep my feet warm and dry. Highly recommend.
