I am someone who has always tried to take good care of himself and I try to eat as healthy and as a complete diet as possible.But sometimes it gets a little bit difficult, and I typically eat more protein and less fruits and vegetables.I know I need to eat more of them but sometimes it’s a time issue and sometimes it’s just being lazy or forgetful.So when I came across this product, I thought it would be a fantastic thing for me to try and I went ahead and placed an order for it.They arrive this past week and so far so good.It’s difficult to judge a supplement within the first few weeks, but what I can review it on is the quality of ingredients that are in this, The ease of taking it, and there is no aftertaste whatsoever.It definitely has a high level of vitamin and minerals, and I feel very good knowing that I will be getting the nutrition that my diet may have been lacking.Sometimes a supplement has a placebo effect or loses its effectiveness over time, but I think a product like this will build up in your system and you will reap the benefits of it daily.If for some reason my review changes, I will come back and revisit this, but as of now, I can’t see any reason to fault it whatsoever and I definitely recommend it as a great and much-needed supplement.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

If you are someone who as a kid, turned your nose up at anything good for you and continued the trend into adulthood or just one of the many who don't get enough fruits and veggies daily because you consider fast food a staple and bought the line that ketchup is a vegetable, a "greens" supplement might come in handy. However, I'm just not entirely sure convinced one can get it in a pill.I have tried several green superfood products in the past with OK results, the biggest difference being they were all in powdered form. Most used a scoop that contained enough pulverized fruits & veggies to choke a horse if they weren't mixed well with a generous amount of liquid, so I kind of have my reservations if enough could be put into a small enough pill to bestow any benefits.The pills in question are plastic coated capsules about the size of a multi-vitamin and are claimed to contain 18,100 mg of 18 difference ingredients broken down into various fruits, vegetables, organic greens and black pepper. I'm no chemist and thus don't know how much of the individual substances are actually in the capsule percentage wise, but I would think one would still need a pill ten times the size in order for any of them to make an advantage to one's health either individually or together.The directions recommend taking one or two capsules a day (I took two twice a day) which still doesn't seem like enough of a replacement for the actual food they are meant to supplement.Thus, I think they should only be viewed as just that...a supplement and not to replace the nutrition from real fruits, vegetables and greens, only to help someone who consumes close enough to begin with to reach a daily goal or extra for those who already do.Yes, it is in a way more convenient to pop a pill than mix powder, but the amount of "bang for the buck" would just not be the same. So, while I wouldn't say the product is bad and might prove some benefit for those lacking in good nutrition, but there are just too many ingredients stuffed into a little delivery system to put much of a dent in bad dietary habits.

They have a mild, earthy smell with no particular taste, and are easy to swallow.I haven't noticed any side effects, nor any measurable health effects, but I think this type of supplement is probably worth taking for long term benefits that are hard to quantify.I hope this helps. This Superfood Greens daily supplement has everything I need to supplement my dietary needs. Each capsule is to be taken once a day with food and boasts having digestive and immune benefits. I have been taking them as directed for about a month now and I have no complaints. No reflux, stomach issues or aftertaste. Some days I am unable to eat a well as I would like, I like knowing these got my back. They supplement my body when I am not able to with one little capsule. Most supplements make me a bit constipated with use, but I would say that these do not. Maybe it's because its packed full of the good stuff to keep you regular. But my gut health and bloating has really improved. I also like that I only have to take one a day, that is impressive that one daily capsule can pack so many nutrients, and one bottle will last for many months.

As a connoisseur of supplements, I tend to be very particular about the products I choose. I like that this formula contains organic and non-GMO ingredients, and black pepper is included to boost absorption. You get 150 capsules with a recommended dosage of 1-2 times a day, so you really get the benefit while stretching your dollar. This is almost a 5 month supply! Although I try to eat right, I know that I don't get nearly enough greens every single day. One capsule is easier to fit into my routine, which I take with my biggest meal. I have noticed that when I focus on nutrition, I have more energy and am seldom sick.The bottle had a plastic seal on the outside and an additional seal when opened. The capsules were easily swallowed with no unpleasant aftertaste. I like that it's distributed in the USA. Overall very impressed with the expediency of shipment, condition of bottle and the nutritional stats.
