I bought this lunch pail set for my son for school. He's been using it a week now and loves it! I love how easy it is to pack and keep the different food separate. I've packed hot and cold foods. I don't put the food in extremely hot since my son is only 8, but his soup was still warm, just not hot. I imagine if I would put the food in while extremely hot, it would be hotter at lunch. I also suggest placing your colder foods and hotter foods one on top and one on bottom with the middle for temperature neutral food if you can. I put my son's hot food in the top, pretzels, bread, and such in the middle, with his juice box and fruit in the bottom. It's great to be able to just use the top and bottom section if I'd like too.I did have 1 latch that would pop of when I unlatched it and one that just didn't latch as well as the others. I messaged the seller asking for a couple of replacement latches. The seller messaged me back quickly to let me know they were sending me an entirely new lunch pail set! Not only did they send a new set, but it arrived within a couple of days!! I can't recommend this product or seller enough!

This is a really incredible lunchbox! It’s perfect to fit in my medium sized Jansport backpack and the insultation keeps everything sooo fresh! This was packed with a thank you note and metal silverware (packed in a cute pencil-box like case)! It also came with an attachable shoulder strap so you can carry the whole thing like a purse. The outside is made of what seems like wool but isn’t itchy or scratchy. Great product and I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a fresh lunch.

Biught this as a gift,mwant to keep it! Well designed and constructed. The case is attractive and sturdy,the individual boxes fit well and have tight seals, came with nice stainless steel chopsticks. Shipped in a timely manner. Definitely Recommend!

This product is so cute and it keep your food warm for a good amount of time. It can go in the microwave so that is a real plus. Love the look of it too.

My daughter loved this lunch box/bento box.Unfortunately, the side clip/attachments break really easy.No replacements enclosed. Now we can use the lunch box anymore.

I love this new lunch box, it's so compact but holds a lot of food. It's convenient and easy to carry where I go. It includes the metal chopsticks and spoon and fork. I appreciate the foresight they had! Good customer service without having to even call.

Looks and feels good. Cutlery is solid metal. Comes with spoon, fork, and chopsticks. Haven’t used yet though.
