Betty Budgie loves it
I Budgie was found on the playground by my wife. We could not find it's owner after posting on all the local lost pet sites.We are now blessed with Betty.She is very happy with her new home and sings all day

Hard to build
I crashed out while building it but it’s nice and big

Would buy again
I liked this cage as much as any other cage. There is one improvement I wish someone would incorporate though. The slide out tray has gaps around the edges so when you remove it a lot of litter stays behind. Why can't they make the drawer edges slide under the edges of the base as well? Is anybody listening?

Fantastic cage, poor CS
Poor customer service, offered only 20% when needed to return. I was so excited to use it when I set it up; I found our old bird passed away right after we set it all up. Brand new, reboxed and set for return with an email offering only 20% back. Disappointed.

Does the job
Cheaply built does it's job for a cockatiel

Big size
It’s bigger than I thought. But it’s hard to assemble. The pieces would NOT fit together so I just used zip ties and pliers to bend the metal into shape. The $20 shipping was my least favorite.
