Does this serfas e-gel cruiser bicycle saddle come with a waterproof soflex cover?

According to the manufacturer's website the outer covering of this model seat (EG-8000E E-Gel) is made of waterproof Soflex. The saddle itself is waterproof there is no separate cover included. EG-8000E E-GEL® Cruiser Elastomer Rear Suspension w/Cutout & Waterproof Soflex Cover "Features a friction-free E-GEL® layer designed to behave as a second skin and reduce chafing by moving with the motion of the rider thus reducing uncomfortable friction. Yes, it has elastomer springs (basically made of rubber/plastic) in place where traditional metals ones would be.

What is the length and width?

Mine is 11" w x 10.5" long. The best made and most comfortable seat I've had for my big rear end!
