I hung this in my laundry room. It folds up tight against the wall. It is very sturdy. I have hung full loads of laundry on it. I will be getting another one for near my hot tub.

My husband just insralled it today. Problem is it was made for metric market. Maximam width of the unit is 31.5 inches, but the studs in US homes is 16 inches on center. In order to utilize the rack to it's maximum width, the rack would need to be 32 inches. My husband had a workaround. He reversed the position of the mounting hardware, such that the angle bracket had to point outwards. Doing this allowed the mounting brackets to be positioned at 32 inches on center.Second issue is the telescoping rods' crimp is too loose, which gives the perception of instability. For that reason, I'm not sure how much weight it will support.The rack also comes with 4 plastic mounting anchors. I would strongly NOT recommend using them. The weight of the wet clothing may pull the rack out of the wall, and damage the sheetrock.We will update this review after using it for a while.

I have a very crowded laundry room, for in addition to the washer and dryer, there is a big fridge as well as two shelving units, as well as three sets of doors! Hence, wall space is limited, to say the least. However, I was getting very tired of hanging wet bras and other delicates over the ironing board or anywhere else that usually got in the way. However, certain things like undies and sweaters just cannot be put in a dryer, so I suffered with them hanging anywhere I could put them while drying. However, seeing this drying rack, I realized that it could work very neatly for me. I ordered and got it, neatly and securely packaged, and after taking it out of its packaging, decided that the best place to put it would be over the back of my bathtub, in the bathroom right next to my laundry room! That way, wet things, if dripping a bit too much, drip directly into the bathtub and save the floor and walls from excess moisture, as well as being safe from me running into them! Another huge advantage of this drying rack is that the rungs are made of stainless steel that can actually support wet items, whereas racks made using clothes lines sag rather quickly. This rack can wipe dry or clean easily and folds up when not being used, though I did hang it high enough over the back of the tub that I don't knock into it! It also has the advantage of being expan dible to fit the area you want it in, though you DO have to make sure of the width you want before attaching it to your wall. This is a wonderful way to dry delicates and save space as well for me!

I would like to love this but the small plastic bag inside was torn and I was missing 2 of the end cap screws so the rack is unsteady and I cannot use one of the bars.

We don't have a good mounting spot to put this drying rack in the garage where the washer is, so I decided to mount it outside for when we may want to hang-dry laundry and get some fresh air and sunlight to help. I mounted it inside the separated utility area where our pool equipment is so it would be out of sight from a casual glance (or when company may be over). The installation process was slightly tedious with screwing each bar between the two side metal pieces, and then mounting it was also a bit annoying with trying to get a power tool in to screw the two bases to the fence. Maneuvering the bars out and in did help a bit, however. I can also see and reiterate that, although the bars are adjustable as far as the length is concerned, once the rack is mounted the bars can't be adjusted anymore, so be sure you get the proper length you want!After mounting, the bars/rack/brackets seem to be secure even when extending and retracting it. I chose to have the bars at almost the smallest length since I don't plan to hang much at a time outside, but I did notice that when I extended the bars all the way (before I mounted them), they did become very slightly wobbly, so if you do plan to mount it with the bars extended all the way, I would avoid putting any heavy garments on there (or at least put heavier garments closer to the back).

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this Youdenova drying rack. It has a nice stainless steel finish and plenty of racks / rods for drying your clothes. I use it for delicates that I don’t want to put in the dryer. Another use is for drying CPAP hoses and headgear after cleaning them. It is nice that the rack accordion folds back against the wall when not in use, so it doesn’t get in the way in our small laundry room. Additionally, the rack has an adjustable width 16.5” to 31.5”. However, you have to decide on the width you want before installing it. Once you attach the mounting brackets to the wall, the width is no longer adjustable unless you unscrew the brackets and move them. This rack is a great upgrade to my old free standing wooden rack that was always in the way on laundry day.
