Review after 1 week use:The product description is perfect. I find that often manufacturers don't give complete information about industrial products, or sometimes misleading information. This chuck came exactly as stated. The MT2 taper, the size, the jaws...everything I read in the ad was as the product came.I use it on my Jet wood-working lathe. I have a 4-jaw chuck but it supports a minimum OD of 42mm. It has an MT-2 headstock arbor, and this chuck came with three options of MT1, MT2 and MT3, so selected MT2 and it fits perfectly. I can now turn small diameter wood, make pens etc.On my lathe it looks really small, but it is made with good quality steel, and finished very well.
