Firstly, I'd like to say, I use this bench for personal training and personal use. I've had many other benches over the 24 years I've been qualified, and this one is my favourite. Amazon delivered on time, and the item was well packaged with no signs of damage. This is,such a,perfect bench! I can even do step ups without worrying about it tipping over ,was able to do all my bench workouts no wobbling at all It also has a video how do assemble video! I hate trying to figure,out the paper instructions, Its super sturdy n a great price for a home gym! Def recommend if you are looking for a basic flat bench!

Bottom line: this is a good solid value priced bench that is not too large or wide, or heavy, yet looks and feels sturdy and solid feeling for me at close to 200 lbs. in body weight, though I am not lifting several hundred pounds, the bench does not sag or flex even minutely in use and the construction and materials look as safe, reliable, smart and durable as hoped for, especially at this price. Recommend. The size and weight lets it fit into even smaller urban rooms and any youth or adult in the household should be able to move this around either one end at a time or lifting it up. It is a good height for sliding on and off rolling stools and sofa-seating height ottomans and office chairs for example, this allows you to use a footrest for a leg rest when lying down, as the bench supports the upper body and some of the upper legs mainly for most people, when lying down. It is great for bench seating use with dumb-bells or for any other time you wish for something solid to sit or rest on briefly. It's heavy and stable enough that it is unlikely an average house pet or person going by would knock it over accidentally while passing by it. It's light enough that moving it within a room or from room to room isn't a major pain. It slides quite easily on my smooth laminate floors. Rubber anti-slip pads for furniture or a gym mat might help keep it fixed in place better. The included feet don't mark up or scratch my laminate flooring and there is no noise from this bench whatsoever in use or when repositioning it, which is also good.. There are four leveling feet which it was necessary to adjust by rotating a bit to get a perfectly solid and level footing for the bench. This is because welds and/or shape of the support pieces and hardware attachment points as manufactured are close to perfect but not perfectly identical. There were only a few millimeters of vertical adjustment necessary to get the bench to sit perfectly solidly on its four feet -- this is very good for a manufactured product of this type and the presence of leveling feet can help more with ceramic tile flooring or patio concrete or brick and paver surfaces for example where there are minute height variations. Happily, It is comfortable and safe to use the sides / ends / underside of the bench surface and support frame for handholds both with or without gloves, which helps me getting up and doing leg exercises lying down where i want to grip the bench. This also makes lifting and moving the bench more worry-free. Seller messaged me ahead of shipment to tighten up the screws on the underside of the bench, if needed. I found all could be tightened a bit more but none were loose and there is no need to overtighten those. The bench surface width is narrow enough that it does not interfere with shoulderblades and arm movements unduly, and there is good clearance for dumb-bells/free weights both of which make narrow width desireable, including for someone kneeling on the bench with one knee for arm curls and tricep exercises for example. Due to lower body joint pain I can't do that, but this bench helps me do those exercises i can do, and is the right tool for that job which aids motivation and improves results. Sitting upright on the bench with free weights, I don't sink down at all into the bench surface beyond the thin comfort padding, this is ideal. Doing leg raises while lying on the bench gives me a range of muscle toning and strength building exercises I could not do since I had to leave my last weight bench behind in a move. The length is sufficient for most people who are not unusally tall. and the cushioning is just right, very firm bench cushion that doesn't give, with a minimal amount of padding for comfort beneath the upper layer which is wipeable and durable feeling and has some matte texture i find much preferable to smooth shiny vinyl type surfaces. You really don't want a slippery weight bench skin especially if sweaty or wearing suscreen -- for safety reasons. Check the dimensions and compare with your torso and upper body length and consider how much length you want for head and neck support and under-thigh support. This bench is going to be a good match for people of small to average to slightly above average size. The support frame and hardware and legs work such that there is no part of the bench that feels weak or flexy or not solid and stable or unsupported, though as I said I am not lifting hundreds of pounds. This is important in a weight bench. It also makes this a good solid all-purpose bench for the home and for people with mobility issues or joint pain or muscle pain or arthritis, etc., this could be helpful in many ways at many times. Or anytime you need a short-term seating solution for up to a few people such as at events, if you can fit this in the back of your vehicle. It is strong enough to hold most any shipping box or pet or person or luggage or groceries etc. you want to put there for a moment or awhile provided it isn't too large for the bench surface to stay put. :) Disassembled as it arrives in the box, this is quite compact, but it's not a folding bench. I prefer the quality non-folding design of this Pasyou, as it seems more solid and reliable and secure and simple, and affordable for my needs. A folding bench can go quickly into the broom closet, etc.. This cannot. There are no hinges and folding and locking points -- which eliminates certain design and assembly complexities, costs, and structural issues which might arise from having those. I purchased this weight bench at an amazing introductory & lightning deal pricing. There was a shipping upcharge for my location, but the deal pricing was so modest that I could not complain. Bench arrived within the expected time frame and was packed well and easily and quickly assembled without issues. Tools are included and were good quality as were the hardware bits. Extra assembly hardware was included -- one set of each type needed, which is really appreciated. If you have ever had an assembly bolt or nut roll under something and/or get temporarily or permanently lost while putting something together, you understand the value of extra included hardware. There are lots of great exercise equipment manufacturers out there. I would highly recommend this Pasyou weight bench for its solid, comfy, space-saving, practical design, manageable weight, and affordable pluses. In time, the outer fabric of the bench might one day wear out, that won't affect safety or useability really and it might be reupholstered. I can see it lasting many many years in my indoor setting, needing only periodic hardware tightness checks. Sunlight and outdoors conditions can be damaging to furniture fabrics and foam, as well as things made of iron/steel. The metal coatings/paint and all other materials / surfaces on this bench look good as delivered, I won't leave it out in the rain and sun, and it's a keeper.
