Writes nice but where’s the ink? I finally found some pens that write beautifully and truly are erasable. This is Wednesday. My pens were delivered Monday. The ink is gone from the first one. I’m not a student and I’m not writing pages and pages. I’m writing in a journal and I would say a written maybe 10 pages maximum. That’s not acceptable. I’m frustrated because I want to use these pens. I found other erasable pens but none give as smooth a writing experience. Come on guys please get this together and you’ll have a customer for life.Until the ink problem is corrected, i recommend my second favorite erasable gel pen - any of the Pilot Frixion series of erasable gel pens.

If you want pens that erase, these do it wonderfully. I will say that the black pen is closer to grey than true ink payoff, going over it will make it darker, however the amazing erasing quality of the pens far outweighs that small detail. They completely erase without any rubbery leavings and its easy to rewrite over the erased paper within a few seconds. The point is much finer than other erasable pens, and you get plenty for the money. I would definitely purchase these again if I ever run out of them.Update: I took a star off because I, like many other reviewers, have used 4 pens in 8 days. When I said "if I ever run out of them," I didn't think that it would take less than a month to go through half the pack. I am a student taking notes consistently, and having the pens run out in the middle of lecture is the worst. I have never used up a pen as fast as this. If there were refills available for the pen cases, that would be one thing, but I can't afford to repurchase these pens five times in a single semester, no matter how much I like using them. It's quite irritating, because I really do love these and taking my notes without them isn't going to be the same.

Update:2 blue pens have stopped working. It's an absolute nightmare. The first pass of ink doesn't work. You can barely see the word you wrote. You will need a second and third pass to make the word visible. Then it looks terrible. You erase it trying to redo the word thinking you need time to let the ink down to the tip. You try and try but the word looks just as bad as the first time.

The listing for these pens is misleading. It says they are "Friction", so if you are looking for "Frixion" brand you could accidentally purchase these instead (like me). However, they do erase with heat, great for sewing!

So, if you continously just KEEP, SLOWLY WRITING, you'll be fine... But, if you have to pick the pen off the paper to start a new word, the ink will bleed when you start the new word.... OR it may just clog up in the pen tip and just not write anymore... Not smooth, continous lines if you write at normal speeds, you have to make yourself write slow in order to not get choppy apearing hand writing.. pen tip leaves gouges in the paper and feels like it's scraping the paper as you write, so when you go to erase, micro lines of ink are left in the paper that the "eraser" cant seen to reach, so you end up with a gray appearing "fade" area... will not purchase again...

I love this pen and have been suggesting them to everyone. I may have gotten a bad box but this last box 6 out of the 12 pens didn't work at all. I have tried everything to get them to work but no go. They really do run out of ink fast - even for the ones that work but I have still found it to be worth it. NO ink though - yeah, that's a game changer. It's too bad since I was really loving them. I would like my money back for the last box but it says the return window is closed, that sucks.

I have had a box of these for a few weeks. They seemed to work the first couple I used, but now I take a fresh pen, and they work for only a few minutes, and stop. I have tried several methods to try to get them to work, they simply don't. Even if they did work correctly, I wouldn't bother a second batch as they are so thin the tear most paper with the slightest pressure. Also, it is evident that clickable is the way to go, which these are not. I'd ask for a refund, but the Amazon links for support, conveniently don't work.
