i want to thank you to all other reviewers because of them we are able to buy the product and as the ball is my side i feel like i should also do the same and aware people about this product which is really cost effective and pretty much good, it is cheap because its not isolated but don't worry doesn't make much difference if you are beginner just it will take little more time to absorb that's it yes that's it. the best thing about it that you don't have to buy multivitamin seperately because it is having all the essential vitamins and minerals in it. In the last i am sharing my protein intake plan :- 1. take half scoop of it in the early morning just after you wake up as it can kickstart your muscles protein synthesis 2. preworkout : take half of the scoop with half scoop of creatine as the protein produces amino acid and reduces muscle breakdown and the creatine gives you strength hence you can perform better in the gym 3. post workout: one scoop of protein and half scoop of creatine (there is a different little scoop for creatine) it is best for muscles recovery and growth and muscle replenish the creatine store jo apko agle din ke workout me help karta hai yes two scoop of NAKPRO brand is just fine it will give you around 48 grams of protein which is like 70-80 percent of your overall daily protein intake

Its Good for people with low budget but if u have no issue with amount then go for low carbs high protien whey of good brand thats lab tested.

The macros of this product is decent, it has high carbs indicating a high amount of fillers which gives it a very gritty feel. I used to use optimum nutrition's protein powder which was imported from Dubai and it had a much better mouthfeel it felt like drinking a smoothie every time even with water comparatively it is not as good as other powders but for the cost it is really good. That was the only problem, carbs may be an issue but considering the calories of 160 or something all though higher it is tolerable. And as per trustified lab tests it showed a protein content of 26 grams. However I did see another batch lab test that had 14/15, I will extend this review if I see results over time, but overall if you are looking for a cheap protein source this is okay given that the trustified lab results are the right ones. I would highly suggest this companies isolate, I assume they have lesser fillers and comparatively it is still cheaper. Digestion didnt seem to be a problem for me, mixability was an issue however.

Ordered cookies and cream flavour twice. Taste 5/5. budget friendly. Rate is low while compared to other brands (bcs carbs is 14gm while compared to other brands which is not a big issue if you are adjusting carbs in other meals according to this) I didnt had any bloating or other issues which i experienced whille consuming big muscles product. Mixability is very good.
